Valentines Menu 2023

First Course

Butternut squash & Zucchini soup
Fennel and Cucumber Salad
Generous portions of Cucumber, tossed with red pepper, lemon juice and buttermilk dressing, topped with panko crumbs.
Mandarin Orange Salad
Chopped Mandarins with Broccoli, red and green onions, walnut pieces and blended cheese, tossed with apple cider vinegar.

Second Course

Grilled Pineapple Salmon
8 oz Grilled Atlantic salmon, topped with pineapple rings and covered with Swiss cheese & cilantro sauce. Served with Rice pilaf and vegetable medley.


Swiss Chicken Supreme
9 oz chicken supreme baked and topped with Swiss cheese and roasted tomato sauce. Served with buttermilk and bacon mashed potato’s and root vegetables.
Balsamic Glazed Steak
10 oz striploin rubbed with balsamic reduction then grilled. Served with a baked potato topped with bacon and cheese and grilled asparagus.

Third Course

$65.00 per person plus tax.(Gratuity not included)
